Care Options & Costs
Initial Evaluation — $800
75 minutes
The initial evaluation is a comprehensive, developmentally informed assessment tailored to each individual—child, adolescent, or adult.
Together, we will explore mental health history, medical background, and previous treatments to form a full picture of your (or your child’s) needs.
For children and adolescents, this visit includes gathering collateral information from parents, caretakers, teachers, or other providers involved in care to ensure a complete understanding of strengths, challenges, and context.
At the conclusion of the evaluation, we will review impressions regarding possible diagnoses, discuss evidence-based and integrative treatment options, and collaborate on a personalized care plan that supports long-term well-being
Follow-Up Visit (Standard) — $350
25 minutes
A focused visit to review progress, adjust medications, and discuss treatment recommendations or supplements.
Please note: this session is not intended for ongoing psychotherapy alone.
Follow-Up Visit (Extended) — $450
50 minutes
An extended session ideal for individuals who wish to combine medication management with supportive or psychotherapy-based discussions.
Patients engaged in ongoing psychotherapy receive a preferred rate — please inquire for details.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid incurring the session fee. A one-time grace period is extended for new patients and families.
Payment & Insurance
For your convenience, payment is accepted via Credit or Debit card, ACH bank transfer, HSA/FSA cards, and Zelle.
To ensure a seamless experience, payment is processed automatically and promptly after each session using the preferred payment method on file.
